With any great Bond Girl the enemy gets so caught up watching her that they never see where she has her weapons concealed until it is too late.
Always very sultry. Always very sexy. Always very deadly. The Bond Girl herself is a weapon. She is always ready with a martini, shaken not stirred.
Lavender, Lilac, Amethyst and Emerald are just a few of my absolute favorite colors. Pair that with infused martinis being top on my list of favorite cocktails and we have a winning combination. You will need a few things to achieve this.
1) Lavender infused simple syrup (see below)
2) Vodka
3) Cocktail Shaker, jiggers and strainer (some shakers have strainers and jigs attached)
4) Ice
5) Martini glasses (the prettier the better)
6) Garnish (Lemon slices with a sprig of culinary lavender)
7) Rim your martini glass (Use lemon juice to moisten the rim of your glass and then dip the rim of the glass in sugar.

Ingredients
1 ounce vodka
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
¼ ounce lavender syrup recipe follows
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
Instructions
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice add vodka, lemon juice and lavender syrup; shake well. [Rule of thumb...shake vigorously until your shaker is frosty cold]
Strain into your prepared martini glass and garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of culinary lavender.
Lavender Simple Syrup:
Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, add lavender buds and allow to infuse for 20 minutes.
Strain, allow to cool completely and use to make cocktails, lemonade and mocktails.
